      1)

      Menu : Agent Panel / Tickets / Settings / (click save button) generates a run time error

      PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\inetroot\wwwroot\customercare\include\class.config.php on line 1400

      2)

      Menu : Agent Panel / Theme  / Theme information / (click client portal) generates a run time error

      HTTP Error 500.52 – URL Rewrite Module Error.
      The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

      1. I can’t reproduce the issue on this end.

        I’m on the Ticket Settings and Options page using PHP 7.3.13 // MySQL 5.5.45 // Microsoft-IIS/10.0 and, as far as I can tell, I am able to modify and save all of the settings.

        Is there something specific that you are trying to modify? Do any relevant errors appear in your LogFiles?

      2. Thank you for the bug report. This will be fixed in the next release. For now, please go to support\osta\old and delete web.config

      You should upgrade to a more recent version. And if you are still experiencing the first issue after doing so, please let me know. But for now as I have not heard back from you I will mark this as resolved.
