[Resolved] Collapse Entry

      I don’t know if this is currently implemented or not, but it would be nice to be able to collapse thread entries.

      I primarily use OS Ticket for log entries and as a maintenance journal. My ‘tickets’ essentially never close. So when I open a ticket, it would be nice to collapse, or even have all entries collapsed by default with maybe the first two lines as a summary.

      That is a great idea. I’ll add it to my list and think about how such a thing could be implemented. No promises though!
