We are using Osticket Awesome v1.17.2. We are getting errors as follows:
It appears as though email@example.com is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account.
We are having Distribution list as firstname.lastname@example.org where we are having 15+ members. When any person sends email to email@example.com, one of email copy is also receives on firstname.lastname@example.org. EMail is fetch by Osticket system and tickets gets generated automatically. We are using same email id email@example.com for sending out email to the recipient who send us email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our recipient able to receive our response from email@example.com.
Our concern is recipient should receive email from firstname.lastname@example.org (Distribution List) and not from email@example.com(single email id).
Will it possible that third person should get details of Distribution group instead of individual account?
When we check our logs, we are getting Syslogs error repeatedly.
Please help. If you need more information do let us know.
