[Resolved] Invoice Missing

      Hello,

      I’ve made my purchase in January, filled in the form for the invoice but the invoice was not send. I we’re not the first company missing the invoice from you. Please send it as soon as possible exactly as noted in the FAQ.

      @Integrities I’m sorry for the delay, but I checked and confirmed that I did send an invoice to you a few days ago. If you did not receive it (and you checked your Spam folder), let me know.

      I checked and I have not received an invoice request form from you.

      Please fill out this form with the information that you need to appear on your invoice.

      I have to create invoices manually, so I do so in batches around once a month. Expect to receive it within a few weeks.

        I sent it to your Gmail account on March 22nd.

        I forwarded another copy to you just now. Check your Spam folder.

      Hi,

      I don’t have a mail from March 22 or March 31.
      Mail is not in the spam folder.
      I only have 4 emails, they are on the screen.
      Find another way to deliver the invoice to me, you know my e-mail.

      Mails are obviously coming to me.
      Send a PDF.

      Quick please, the accountant is doing pressure 🙂
