[Resolved] Invoice needed

    Dear osTicketAweSome!

    We purchased your product in the middle of August. We also filled the suggested form in order to get an invoice for our tax records. After few weeks of waiting patiently, I wrote an email to you to ask again for that invoice.

    However still no invoice.

    Can we possibly get one, please? It is pretty urgent for us after more than 1 month of waiting.
