[Resolved] Missing attachments at KB client side

    Tested on 1.10.4.

    Attachments from articles at knowledge base are not shown on client side.

    Hmmm I suspect that this isn’t an osTicket Awesome issue.

    Please try adding an attachment through your old core osTicket installation and verifying whether or not it shows up in the Client side.

    Hi @stevland,

    These screenshots are taken from the demo website. It’s not my environment.

    I noticed the issue at my own environment and after that i went to the demo website to check if the problem was also there.

    Hi @aeromarine,

    Just a head’s up, in case you haven’t noticed… this was fixed in the last release. I’ll have more releases next week so you may want to upgrade to the latest (1.11-v1.2) when it becomes available.
