[Support request] No ticket per E-Mail

      Hello,

      I added a Standard E-Mail under “E-Mails”. Edited IMAP, SSL etc. 

      Now when I send an E-Mail to that Mail Adress it does not generate a new ticket. Everything else works fine. Am I missing something?
