      Hi Stevland,

I upgraded OsTicket 1.12 and it works ok. When I then loaded awesome template 1.12 in the client and staff page only this text “Icon overdueTicket” appears. I deleted template because too many updates and too many OsTicket BUGs and templates.

      Sorry for your trouble, @Absoulte.

      >I deleted template because too many updates and too many OsTicket BUGs and templates.

Fair enough. But the issue has already been fixed.

Please try downloading a new copy of the update for 1.12. Also, after installing, clear your browser cache.

I worked on the new osTicket Awesome releases straight through the weekend to catch up. Clearly I am trying to do too much at once. I need to slow down and focus on quality control.

I don’t expect you’ll have any more trouble, but please let me know if you do!

Hi Stevland, now the 1.12 release – osTicket Awesome 101 is perfect. Advanced search, client attachments, template color settings, pdf logo and all the bugs present before are solved. Good job.
