[Support request] Reply arrow missing on conditional formatting

      Hi stevland

      We have a condition on our queues that highlights the row a different colour when certain criteria are matched

      The green arrow doesn’t show when this background highlight is present.

      Would you mind letting me know how to fix. 🙂

      Example attached – you can see the new reply arrow is there, but looks like it’s hiding behind the background.
