Sorry for the late reply, @sanketh.

Are you still having this issue?

Is it just the one button, are none of the fly-out menus working?

Have you considered upgrading to 1.14.x?

P.S. Oh and by the way, osTicket (and therefore osTicket Awesome) do not support nginx servers.

      See this.

        Sorry for delay in response.

Issue is still not resolved. We are using with docker https://hub.docker.com/r/campbellsoftwaresolutions/osticketwhich is built with ngnix and was working fine.

I upgraded to 1.14.2 but still same issue. You help would be appreciated.

I don’t recall having encountered that issue.

I haven’t ever used docker myself yet, and as I mentioned earlier using osTicket with ngnix can lead to unexpected issues so I wouldn’t rule these things out just yet.

But that’s about all I can think of to say about this.

If you want me to take a look and see what I can do to help you can submit this form:

        Thank you for your time.

We have many departments configured, though I am administrator I did not have explicit access to this particular department and so menu was not appearing. After giving access it works fine. Every time I was checking ticket belonging to same department and hence couldn’t find out.

Maybe if there is no permission can the entire menu be disabled or hidden to avoid confusion?

Thank you for taking the time to report back.

I changed the status to “In Progress” so that I’ll remember to try to emulate this issue on my end and determine if it is an osTicket or an osTicket Awesome issue.

I can’t figure out how to reproduce this. It seems like a rare issue so I am going to mark it as Resolved for now.
