Looking at my web server, I see all the osTicket Awesome files, but overnight the theme stopped displaying. Any ideas as to what could have happened? I can’t access anything with the osTicket Awesome admin portal, settings, configurations, etc. Yesterday we were all off, so no changes were made to settings or the environment on our end.
