If I do a search for tickets without an email (Not using that drop down that ajax drop down), but just with words.
It sends me to a 500 error. I can’t find an error in any logs.
However, if I push Shift- O and go into the OSTicket Original the search function works with the same url call.
I should mention, searches with the email do work with &search-type=typeahead .

This also happens in the staff demo.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, @NMITHelp.
This is a serious glitch. And I haven’t quite figured out how to properly fix it yet.
But I have found a workaround that seems good enough for now.
Please copy the code from this page and paste it into the file tickets.php (in the root dir), replacing all of the current contents.

Sounds good. Do you mean SCP\tickets.php? Or should I create a new file for upload\tickets.php

Good Day,
This fix (upgrading to Revision 2 from Revision 1) worked for us as well!
Thanks for the quick turn around on this!
Have a great day!

Thank you very much. Sorry it took a bit to get back to this. This seems to have fixed it.
