[Resolved] Ticket filters

      Hello, Im trying to set up filters for upcoming tickets, addressee (To and Cc) equal example@mail.com is not working it should assign ticket to one person. I need to auto assign ticket to one person depend on which email ticket was received.

      im using osTicket-Awesome-1.10.1-v1.3 on osTicket v1.10.1.

      That’s not issue with theTheme sounds like an issue with Osticket itself. Have tried the osticket forums.
