[Resolved] Open new ticket ticket page not showing “ticket details” field

      Good day,

       

      It seems as I can’t post a question anymore or pictures are not working so I’ll try for the 4 time without pictures:

      “Issue details” now showing on “Open a New Ticket” on OsticketAwesome but it does in regular OSticket 1.18 (and yes the fild is enabled)

      Sorry for the multiple post but that was the only way to add the pictures.

      On an extra note, I switch to vanilla with shit+O and the fils is not present either.
