[Support request] Advance Ticket Search Remains Loading

      On my install osTicket Awesome v 1.18.1 when i use the advance search function it remains on the loading screen.

      I tested the advance search on the demo version and it works as expected so i believe there is an issue with my install.

      Any ideas how i can troubleshot and solve this issue?
