Posted into the Bugs forum yesterday, and the forum list shows me as the most recent contributor… but unless I’m going blind, I cannot find the post in that forum!
Need a bit of help debugging email sending using MailJet SMTP credentials. It used to work fine but recent upgrade to 1.18.1 and no emails are going out…
Anyone?

So… I contacted OST, and they said that since I was using a ‘modified version’ that I should revert to the original code. Second suggestion was to ask Mailjet why there is a relay error…
Neither suggestions particularly helpful:
“First you are using a modified install. I would only recommend using core.
Secondly, the error is pretty clear: Relay access denied
You need to reach out to your mail provider to see why.
Cheers.”
I know the error is pretty clear… the question is why is OSTA sending out malformed domain and email information, and why would the relay access be denied (probably because of the malformed info… suggests a deeper issue to solve…?)
Either way, I am unable to use the system because of this.
