[Resolved] Its not possible to transfer a ticket to another department anymore

      As you see on my screenshit, at the place your normally can transfer a ticket theres is now a dropdown where you can close a ticket… like open, in progress, closed…

      please fix. Thank you!

      Alternatively you can click in current department name to select department to transfer

      Sorry for the delayed response.

      This will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime it is a very easy fix:

      • open /include/staff/ticket-view-inc.php
      • remove data-dropdown=”#action-dropdown-statuses” from line 93
