[Resolved] Search — See all tickets in search results, regardless of access not working

    This has been enabled for all my agents and when they search it does not list any tickets from other departments or that are assigned to other agents.

    Admin Panel>Agents> Agents Name> Permissions>Miscellaneous>  Search — See all tickets in search results, regardless of access

    It worked before update.

      I have exactly the same problem!

      The Seach Filter will not filter anything – i can see every ticket!
