Which version are you using? Are you referring to the Staff side or the Client portal?
I tried adding a very long ticket Subject and it looks fine in the Ticket List on the Staff and Client sides, on both desktop and mobile, as well as the Ticket page itself using every combination that I can think of.
A screenshot would be very helpful because it can be difficult to reproduce an issue I haven’t personally seen.
