we are using version v1.18 (724de45). We work with teams and individuals when assigning tickets. In the initial assignment, the ticket is first assigned to a team, e.g. the helpdesk. If we later assign it to an individual, however, the team remains assigned to the ticket. Unassigning the team from this ticket must always be done manually. We were last using version V1.15 and do not know this workflow. In day-to-day business, the team that no longer necessarily works with this ticket continues to receive the internal messages due to the unresolved assignment.
Ideally, we would like to unassign the team when it is assigned to a single person. Unfortunately, I cannot find an item for this under the administration. How can I automatically unbind the team when it is assigned to a single person?
