[Support request] Awesome themes reverting to their default settings

      Recently, we have observed that our awesome themes are occasionally reverting to their default settings, causing all customizations to be lost. This issue disrupts the user experience and undermines the reliability of our themes. Please help us with this issue.

      We experience this too. We have a custom theme set and it gets switched off and reverts back to the default. We thought at first it was down to a user making a change but this is not the case.

      We haven’t been able to pin down what triggers the custom theme to be disabled.
