[Resolved] Can not save personal preferences

      osTicket v1.15.3.1 // osTicket-1.15.3.1-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.3.29-1~deb10u1 // MySQL 10.3.29 // Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) web server

      We can not save profile preferences in OsTicketAWESOME

      The reason seems to be that name and email address are emptied as soon as we try to save the changes. 

      In OSTicket however, we have no problems saving the profiles.
