Hi,
So I cannot use the option of “Check Ticket Status”, I already updated osTicket but the problem persists.
On the page “view.php”, I fill the email address and number of ticket and when I click the button I receive the error on browser “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.
On developer tools, I saw the error code 302 for “ticket.php” on a infinite loop.
Can somebody help me solve this?
