Hi,
it is not possible to create a new ticket as agent. The form asks for a customer to choose (“Kunde”, see attached screenshot), but there are no entrys to choose about. The field is mandatory, so it is not possible to create the ticket at all. Creating a ticket via email and than moving the ticket to the customer ist no problem.
Latest versions of osTicket /osTicketawesome on Debian 11.
