[Support request] Can't get into 'Admin Panel' (unless I clear browser history)

      osTicket v1.15.4 // osTicket-1.15.4-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.2.34-28+ubuntu20.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 // MySQL 8.0.28 // Apache web server

      This one is annoying and hopefully I will not encounter it under normal use (I came across this bug while testing the theme on mobile devices).

      Log in to osTicket Awesome
      Switch to Agent Panel
      F12 (toggle device toolbar) to start the simulation
      Choose a device e.g. Samsung Galaxy S8+
      CTRL+Shift+R – you are taken to the login page
      (Sometimes you get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS but it logs in ok)
      You are now inside osTicket
      F12 (toggle device toolbar) to exit the simulation
      You are now in desktop mode
      Click on ‘Admin Panel’
      You are taken to the login page – log in
      Click on ‘Admin Panel’ – page refreshes but nothing changes
      It is Stuck in Agent Panel!

      The only way to come out of this is by CTRL-Shift+del and delete last hour of browser actions.
