if you “print” a ticket, the default logo will be shown, but not the theme settings logo.

This will be fixed in the next release, which is due in the next few days.

In fact, the entire print / PDF template will not be styled. Hopefully, when you see the changes, you’ll agree that creates much nicer print documents.

This is now fixed in osTicket-1.14.2-Awesome-102.

In fact, you can now upload one version of your company logo for the online ticket system and another high-contrast version for print jobs.

Also, print jobs themselves have been styled to look better.
