      share fix for version osTicket-Awesome-1.10.1-v1.3 on osTicket v1.10.1 is the most current usable regarding display issue in advance search change in file staff/tickets.inc.php line number 808:

      staff/tickets.inc.php

      for changes and security fixes from 1.10.1 to current 1.10.4 can be checked here: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases that can be applied manually for the revision in the current osTicket-Awesome-1.10.1-v1.3.
