[Support request] Issue Summary, Issue Details and Priority Level fields are not visible

      Hi,

      When I trying to add a issue using the Open Ticket form as a guest user(Not logged in), Form is not showing the Issue Summary, Issue Details and Priority Level fields. I can see those fields are available in the Admin panel. What I can do for enable these fields in my Open Ticket form.
