[Support request] Language is not working properly

      My language is Portuguese, and it is properly set to Portuguese. But osticketAwesome mixes the words with the English language, as illustrated in the image above.

      How do I get osTicketAwesome to work correctly in my language? I anticipate that without osTicketAwesome the language was fully functioning and would not mix with the English language.

      osTicket v1.15.3.1 // osTicket-1.15.3.1-Awesome-101

      I’ve reported the same issue in 2019. Apparently, it is a problem with OSTICKET itself.
