Hello,

I’m trying to change the logo, but I can’t now every time I choose a logo is like there isn’t any only appears a box with a question mark:

 

And the trash can don’t work too, I can’t delete the image/logo.

Can you help me please?

1. Open osta/functions.php
2. Change line18 from

"upload-dir"=> ROOT_PATH . "/osta/uploads/",

to

"upload-dir"=> ROOT_PATH . "osta/uploads/",

OR install osTicket 1.12 (Revision 3), which should be released within the next few hours.

Yikes. My comment got muddled with html. Let me try again:

Change

“upload-dir”=> ROOT_PATH . “/osta/uploads/”,

to

“upload-dir”=> ROOT_PATH . “osta/uploads/”,

…or install the latest release, now available here.
