I’m reading here that the support is not answering / is missing since January or I’m wrong?

Regarding the “improvement” about the current original layout and design, where is it? I’m really upset with the outdated look and feel of shadows, boxes, etc. Now with the Awesome template osTicket looks like a 10 years ago site. Nothing like the http://www.osticketawesome.com appearance which looks modern. Unbelievable.

I have found several layout issues too: the logo appearance at the top section is inconsistent on responsive breakdowns, some text likes are behind some divs so they are unreadable, etc.

Regarding the translations, es_ES is a completely mess. The half of the site is in English, the rest in Spanish, like a dummy site or something.

After paying $100 for a “ready to use” template, do all these issues make sense??
