Hi, I think it’s a (new) bug that no options where shown at messages sent by a client? You cannot edit anymore (or open task / ticket from message). It’s still possible to do so at messages / notes from agents.

We often edited messages that where sent by a client because they, for instance, sent a whole mail history about x pages, but only the first sentence was relevant…
