[In Progress] OAuth2 for logins

    • August 26, 2024 at 11:57 am #21031

I was able to get it working for agents but am having issues for users. the default login for users doesn’t give the option for Azure login. it just has email and password. I enabled oauth to be used for both agents and users.

      Hi Jeremy,

Assisting with issues with Azure is beyond the type of support I can offer as it isn’t related to osTicket Awesome. Also, I don’t have any personal experience using Azure, so I wouldn’t be much help anyway.

As no one else has jumped in I’m afraid we can’t be of much help.

Please consider reporting this issue in the osTicket Forum or, better yet, open an issue on GitHub.

The option to use Azure is not available on the user login page. That is the problem. It just gives the option for local login. I’ve got the Azure side of things squared away.

      Sorry for the late reply.

When you’re on the login page, press SHIFT + O to switch to the vanilla osTicket environment.

Does the Azure login option appear?
