Don’t know this problem appear again, but it experience in osticket 1.12.2 awesome ticket latest, it fixed already in awesome osticket 1.11 I believed.

Hi @visimitra,

As this is an issue with osTicket — not osTicket Awesome — it is out of my purview. 

Generally I would say to report it in the osTicket Forum, or to open an issue on GitHub. But I went ahead and did so myself.
