      Hello,

      Please can someone advise if there is an osTicketAwesome installation download available for the latest osticket v1.16 which uses php 8.x

      The last release was technically only officially for 1.15.4 and 1.15.5 was never officially supported by osTicketAwesome it seems. The last release was October of 2021…

       

      The dev doesn’t seem very active lately either. Has me concerned about my purchase now.

      that seems a little worrying i agree.  I noted that it says an update would be available in less than a week of a osticket release however, osticket 1.16 was released on the 8th. so a little over a week. 🙁

      Something is happening…. an update came out today for 1.15.6

      Install seems ok. But seems to be version 1.16 not the 1.16.1 as shown on osticket.com
      Stevland can you confirm 16.16.1 is coming soon? Thank you 🙂

      Yes, I am all caught up now. I quietly posted 4 new versions over the past few days, including osTicket Awesome for osTicket 1.16.1 (Revision 1).
