I didn’t see anything about this, except that there is suppose to be new step by step instructions.  However, going to the page it is blank.

Looking in the code, there is nothing either.  I tried internet explorer and chrome.  I assumed because I have never even opened my internet explorer, nothing weird would be interfering.  (I did expect to see a broken CSS because, IE.)
