I am not entirely certain that I know what you mean by “the editor”.
I assume you mean the text box when you post a reply or an internal note on a ticket. If so, this will be fixed in Revision 2 (osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-102), which will be released in the next few hours.
If you are referring to something else, please let me know!
