I ask (also for a fee) the possibility of developing a plugin that adds the functionality of translating the customer’s text into the operator’s language.
Through the Google Translate API (or similar) the operator could have a button positioned in the header of each message sent in the ticket, which translates the content of the message.
Subsequently, the operator in the Wysiwyg editor could have a button to translate the text written in his own language into the client’s language.
