[Support request] Reinstalling Osticket Awesome

       Hi there everibody,

      we just buy osticket awesome and installed it for testing, we are glad with the interfase, but get some recent DB ERRORS after customization.

       

      So, we want to do a clean install from scratch.

      My question is ¿do i have to do something to do it and keep the license? ¿can i install a new instance and shut down the original after we get the new one working?

      is there a licensing menu that i didn’t know, or how do you manage that?
