Hello,

I’ve read the FAQ where you edit the user-styles.css and add the following code:

#footer #osticket,
#footer #ostawesome {
    display: none;
}

Save the file and refresh the webpage, the footer OsTicket and OsTicket Awesome are still present.

Please can someone assist?

Did work for me in that file.  I did have to do a ctrl+shift+r to reload the cache to see the change.
