[Resolved] Search does not work in new ticket popup

      From the staff page, if you click on new ticket, a popup appears asking you to search for a user.  It returns no results.  If we close it and search from the ticket for, it works fine.

      Found that the problem exists when using the LDAP plugin.  Switched to MultiLDAP plugin and problem went away
