[Resolved] System does not show priority images

    As you can seen on the image shown – the ticket system does just show the green images for normal priority.

    It does not show images for other priorities…

      Yikes… I’m sorry, I did not see this post until now.

      Are you still having this issue? I haven’t seen this before. I would need to have a look at your SCP in order to figure out what is going on. If you would like me to resolve this for you I will need you to create a temporary agent account (Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent) using info@osticketawesome.com.
