      I’m sorry @hunterrd, but I don’t understand.

I downloaded and successfully opened the last 6 versions of osTicket Awesome on the Downloads page.

Are you referring to something else?

I download the version osTicket-1.12-Awesome-102.zip but when unzip it indicates that it is corrupt, only with this version it happens to me, when I download the previous one it does not happen to me.

What operating system are you using?

A strange question to ask, perhaps. But this happened once in the past when I was working a programmer who was using Ubuntu. He couldn’t open the .zip file and yet no one else was having an issue with it.

In that case I simply repacked the .zip and put it back in the upload directory and for whatever reason it he was then able to open the zip. I have done the same with osTicket-1.12-Awesome-102.zip. Let me know whether or not you can unpack it now.

I was having the same issue just now.  Attempted to unzip in Windows and Ubuntu.  Both places reported corrupted.

UPDATE:  I was able to use 7-zip to extract the file.  Windows 10 native or Ubuntu 18 unzip would not work and reported the file was empty despite its ~55mb filesize.

I use 7-zip on this end, which explains why it was the one thing that worked for you.

It turns out I haven’t updated it in a long time… I’ve been running a version from 2016. I updated to the latest version. Hopefully that will be the end of this glitch, but do let me know if there is any more trouble and I will have to look into alternate software.

      Cheers.
