      I am not sure what you mean. Everything seems to work as far as I can tell. Please explain.

      When I’m changing ticket Queues order (drag/drop) it’s not saved. In this example I set My tickets as first Queue, 2 Open, 3 Closed but after saving it’s back as it was – first Open, 2 My tickets, 3 Closed.

      we have also come across this problem.
      It has been “in progress” since 2022. When can
      we expect a solution?
