When I update a ticket (and not close it), it refreshes the ticket page and scrolls the focus to the bottom of the ticket. This is great if I’m going to add more to the ticket immediately, but that’s nearly never since it was just updated.
Is there a way or a feature to stop the automatic scrolling to the bottom of the ticket? If anything, I’d rather have a ‘down arrow’ icon to go the bottom of the ticket page instead of the arrow icon to scroll up to the top.
