[Resolved] To Support – 'lost Ticket'

      Dear Support,

      Few says ago a sent a ticket to you about “DB Error #1054“.
      I can’t see my ticket anywhere.

      As you can imagine I just installed the app and with this error I simply cannot use it.

      So… where is my ticket ?? 🙂

      Sorry, I can’t find your post. But I did find your other question about language packs.

      Are you still running into the DB Error? If so, please post the relevant entry from your Apache (or Windows IIS) logs.

      For what it’s worth, I searched my email for your DB Error #1054 post. I receive email notifications for everything that is posted here, but I don’t have a record of that. I’m not sure what happened.

      As it has been some time I assume you’ve managed to sort out this issue, so I will mark it as ‘Resolved’. But you can always write another message here if you’re still having trouble.
