Good day,
I currently have osTicket v1.12 // osTicket-1.12-Awesome-105 installed.

How do I update it to the latest stable version of osticket as the theme?

Hi AdvisorIT,

Assuming that you have your osTicket Awesome installation in a directory named /support…

1. If you are using /osta/user-styles.css, back it up.
2. Back up /include/ost-config.php
3. Download the latest version of osTicket Awesome and unzip it on your local computer
4. Upload the contents of the upload folder, overwriting the contents of /support
5. Replace /osta/user-styles.css and /include/ost-config.php
6. Review the Troubleshooting tip if you run into any glitches
