user-styles.css is not applied

      Hi there, I’m trying to make some modification in the footer background following our branding color, but it doesn’t seem to apply.

      on browser inspection the css does not come up:

      Already used a guest browser to make sure that no cache or browsing data history is involved.

      Turns out it’s css not updated because of browser cache, all solved
