Hi there,
another small issue. I run OSTicket + Awesome with three languages installed, Italian, Swedish and English (in this order of preference).
Where the languange selector appears, it shows as a funny character, like this:
Then, when you click it to switch language, the swedish flag appears wrong (wrong clipping coords, maybe?), like this:
Thanks a lot, bye!

Hi Filippo,
Sorry for the incredible delay in responding.
So the “funny character” is meant to be part of a language icon. I agree that it isn’t a perfect solution as there doesn’t (yet) seem to be a universally-recognized icon for “language”. But this is the idea:
https://www.google.ca/search?rlz=1C1GCEA_enCA778CA778&ei=_nYhW_-WBoXm9APr5IP4Bw&q=language+icon&oq=language+icon&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i67k1j0i7i30k1l6j0j0i7i30k1j0.105546.106536.0.106707.8.8.0.0.0.0.94.624.7.7.0….0…1c.1.64.psy-ab..1.7.617…0i10k1.0.uc1hyXxAXGU
And BTW, although osTicket Awesome only supports the languages that osTicket supports, I have gone ahead and added a Swedish flag. It will be included in the next update (v1.4) which will be released in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Hi Stevland,
ok, I see now… thanks for clarifying and for the insight on a “common language icon” (never heard of it before, you find something new to learn every day).
And “tack” for the Swedish flag!As for the “incredible delay”… well, I’ve been busy as much as you probably did! Not a big deal!
Thanks!
