[Resolved] Translation issue

      Up until now we have managed to switch to osTicket awesome , working like a charm but we have an issue with translating , we’ve translated everything but we can not translate the following fields.

       

      osTicket v1.14.6 // osTicket-1.14.6-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.3.27-1~deb10u1 // MySQL 10.3.27 // Apache web server
